SHIPPING – RETURNS – REFUNDS Policy
SHIPPING: We ship via the U.S. Postal Service, Parcel Post. Shipping within the U.S.A. International orders must call or email us for shipping rates.
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. If you need an order by a certain date, call or email us so we can arrange for the best shipping method.
Any delivery that arrives damaged or is missing merchandise must be immediately reported to the U.S. Postal Service to initiate a claim.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY: Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase,
you may return it within 30 days from the day you received it (See details below TO RETURN). We will give you a choice of exchanging
your returned items for other merchandise, credit your account towards future purchases, or issue a refund. The only cost to you
would be the shipping fees. WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.
TO RETURN: If you wish to return your full or partial order, please email us and request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

Returned orders sent back without an RMA number may be refused, so be sure to include the RMA number on every address label.
Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, all poly bags, boxes and tags must be included.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for the merchandise until we receive it, and for this reason we highly recommend that you insure packaging before shipping.
CANCELED ORDERS: If you place an order and then decide to cancel it while it is in route, you will be responsible for all shipping fees both to and from location. WE WILL NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.
ISSUING CREDITS/REFUNDS: Once your RETURN is received, it may take up to 5 business days to process.
If you are receiving a refund on your credit card, we will process the refund immediately.
